We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to inform you of an important update regarding our WebALARM solution. It is with a heavy heart that we announce the End-of-Sale for WebALARM licenses and maintenance renewals for the Japan market, effective from 31st May 2023.
We understand that WebALARM has been an integral part of your business operations, and we want to assure you that this decision was not taken lightly. After careful consideration of our business strategy and the current market demand, we have decided to focus our efforts on other more advance and state of the art software solutions that better align with our customers' evolving needs.
Your existing WebALARM authorized reseller partners will connect and discuss with you on the final maintenance renewal beginning 1st Apr 2023.
Although we will no longer be selling new licenses and/or maintenance renewals for WebALARM after 31st May 2023, we will continue to provide maintenance support and bug fixes until 31st March 2024.
Please note that the End-of-Life date for WebALARM is 31st March 2024. After this date, we will no longer provide any support, updates, or bug fixes for WebALARM.
We understand that this news may cause inconvenience to some of our customers, and we apologize for any disruption this may cause. We want to express our sincere gratitude for your support of WebALARM over the years. Your loyalty has been instrumental in making WebALARM a success.

2023 年 5 月 31 日以降、WebALARM の新規ライセンスならびに、メンテナンス更新の販売は終了しますが、2024 年 3 月 31 日まではメンテナンス サポートを引き続き提供させていただきます。
WebALARM のメンテナンスサポート終了日は 2024 年 3 月 31 日となり、それ以降WebALARM のメンテナンスサポートは提供不可となります。
販売終了に伴い、ご不便をおかけしますが重ねてお詫び申し上げます。長年にわたり WebALARM をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございました。

Overview
e-Lock announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for WebALARM software solution. The last day to order the affected product is 31st May 2023. Customers with active maintenance contracts will continue to receive maintenance support until 31st March 2024. The table below describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected product(s). For customers with active and paid maintenance contracts, maintenance support will be available under the terms and conditions of customers' maintenance contract with customers’ existing WebALARM’s reseller.
End-of-Life Milestones
Milestone | Definition | Date |

End-of-Life Date | The last date to receive applicable service and support for WebALARM as entitled by active maintenance contracts or by warranty terms and conditions.
After this date, all maintenance services for WebALARM are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete. | 31st March 2024
