Troubleshooting
The video does not start
If you do not have the flash plug-in installed, you
may receive an
error message. If this occurs, follow the on-screen instructions to

Streamed video does not play smoothly
Your bandwidth may be being used by another application (or another
computer, if your connection is via a network). It is best to avoid
downloading large files or using peer-to-peer applications while
watching video, as the pressure on your bandwidth may prevent you from
being able to receive enough data to maintain a constant video stream.
