Assessment
In the assessment phase we aim to review companies IT capabilities and gather detailed analysis of their current IT environment. The assessment will provide us with valuable insights into a company IT gaps and needs when matched against the company's business plans.
Implementation
We will provide the support for implementation if required. The implementation services will include creating a PMO for monitoring and executing the blueprint and if providing the necessary technical resources in the development of the integration platform.
IT Integration Blueprint Development
We will help companies to develop and design a suitable IT integration to-be architecture blueprint. The blue print will be based on the outcome of the assessment and from the understanding of the companies' business plans. For companies conducting M&A activities our integration blue print will capture and realize potential synergy benefits while mitigating downside IT risks and costs. Additionally for M&A activities we will also identify and help to develop the implementation plan for "Day One" and longer term projects.

THR Program
Subscription program for "temporary hardware replacement".
Upon confirmed failure of a device within the THR program coverage, an equivalent replacement unit will be provided throughout the repair period of the original unit.
